Included in the deal are Alexis Oil assets including its offices in Corona, CA., and Tolleson, AZ. The company operates a Pacific Pride Cardlock in Corona, CA., and is a 1st Source Elite Marketer with Chevron.

"We are extremely excited to partner with RelaDyne for the next chapter of our growth," continued Mark Leara, owner and manager of Global Industrial Solutions.
